How it works
- Enter your home gym setup. Dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell/plates, rower, and more, including counts and weights.
- Add your benchmarks. For example a 1RM or xRM. HomeWOD uses these to convert percentages into clear working weights.
- Choose your training days and session length. 20/30/45/60 minutes. HomeWOD takes your available time into account.
- Get a new plan every week automatically. Each week you receive a new training plan that fits your days, available time, and equipment. You do not need to build it yourself.
- Log your scores and track your progress. After each workout, log your result. Benchmarks, personal WODs, and coach workouts are all tracked.

Does HomeWOD take injuries into account?
Yes. In your profile, you can note injuries or physical limitations. HomeWOD tries to take these into account conservatively.
What if I have very little equipment?
In that case, HomeWOD builds your workouts with bodyweight and whatever equipment you do have, aiming for as much variation as possible.
